I am grateful to Alex Mathew and the team at Sravana Speech and Hearing Centre for their exceptional service. They provided hearing aids for my grandmother, and the experience was both positive and professional. Alex’s expertise and the team’s politeness made the process seamless.

Throughout the process, Alex and his team maintained a level of politeness and understanding that went beyond mere customer service. Their commitment to ensuring my grandmother’s comfort and addressing her specific needs was truly commendable. It was evident that they were not just selling hearing aids; they were genuinely invested in improving her overall quality of life.

I highly recommend Sravana Speech and Hearing Centre for their skilled and considerate approach to hearing care. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding service and dedication to improving the quality of life for those with hearing needs.
